Peace Boat Disaster Relief (PBV; formerly Peace Boat Disaster Relief Volunteer Center) was founded in 2011 by the NGO Peace Boat. PBV is a Japan-based NGO working to assist people in disaster-affected communities and strengthen the capacity of local communities to respond to disasters both in Japan and around the world.
